I know they had their first big round of CB's this past week and another big round next week.

Received a CB a few days ago. I'm hoping that they didn't offer too many CBs as they have a VERY small (2-4) summer associate class.

When was your callback? Doesn't the recruiting committee meet on Friday's? You're interviewing for NYC, right?

I got a semi-rejection from them a couple weeks after a mid-August screener. Didn't keep it, but I think it said something like they were unable to offer me a callback at that point, but wanted to keep me in consideration, or something. Anybody else get anything remotely like this?

Are you sure they didn't say they hope you consider them in the future? I've gotten a lot of those rejection letters. "This doesn't reflect poorly on you or your credentials, but rather on our small summer class..."

Yeah, it was definitely along the lines of, "we are not able to offer you a callback interview at this time, but we wish to keep you under consideration should additional interview slots become available."

My callback was a week ago. I was just pointing out that last year they kept people hanging for a very long time. I hope this year they are more on top of things.

This would easier to think about if we knew if there were any offers out there.

I know of one offer that was given 1 or 2 weeks ago. Not sure how soon after the callback it came, but I don't think it was more than a week.

Can we get a count of exactly who is waiting? How many do you think have finished callbacks..and are now in Kelley purgatory?? Any idea when the hiring committee meets?

I hate to be the bearer of potentially bad news, but if you haven't heard from them in like a week or so then it's going to be a ding. They kept me going last year until the first week of November. Two months. The person I know that worked there got an offer within days of his callback.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
