2 weeks after CB--silence...
So, I'm still waiting to hear *anything* from 4 CBs I had 2 weeks ago. Any chance these aren't going to be dings?

I think this is more common this year than in years past, for some reason. Firms are taking their time.

Yeah, unless this is NY I think you definitely have a chance. I noticed some top law schools (Stanford) just had their OCI last week, maybe the firms are just comparing candidates.

The reason its taking longer to get offers is because a lot of schools did OCI extremely early this year apparantly.

Same here, I had 10 callbacks in the last two weeks and I have only heard from 2 of them, 1 offer and 1 rejection, so I am not sure what all the silence means.

Foley CB, silence for 2 weeks and 2 days before offer. So silence does not necessarily mean death.

Not disagreeing but I don't understand why early OCI would lead to later offers?Eco wrote:The reason its taking longer to get offers is because a lot of schools did OCI extremely early this year apparantly.

Because not every school did OCI earlier and firms are waiting for the rest. So, for students whose schools did OCI earlier, offers are taking longer. The OCS's that did earlier OCI, basically, are idiots.ResIpsa21 wrote:Not disagreeing but I don't understand why early OCI would lead to later offers?Eco wrote:The reason its taking longer to get offers is because a lot of schools did OCI extremely early this year apparantly.
