I would have to say Latham. But it's a pretty big culture difference with Latham and O'Melveny.

Bump....particularly interested in quality of life and low facetime expectations...also difficulty of receiving an offer at the end of the summer

I can't speak for all the firms here, but OMM seems big on face time (even if it's not explicitly mentioned). Whereas NY firms, or even LA firms like Irell don't seem to care when people trickle in, if you come in at 9am, you are probably one of the later associates in. People expect you there during working hours, which is typically 9am-7pm.
