I was under the impression, based on my experience at OCI, that all of their offices do screeners at the same time. It also goes with their One Firm, Worldwide slogan.Anonymous User wrote:I don't think the San Diego office has even started screeners.

Re: Jones Day Callback
I would expect them to at least tell you in the days leading up to the CB. A lot of the firms are last-minute like that. If it's down to the day or two before and you want to be hardcore about it, print out a ton of partner bios and read them on the plane. I'm sure you could narrow it down somehow.Anonymous User wrote:Is it normal not to be informed of the lawyers that you're meeting with during the callback?

To those of you with CBs scheduled, which locations? And which office said it would be going into October?

Jones Day does not do this in advance, at least based on my experience. However, it worked out just fine. They will give you a printout of the schedule (including practice area of the interviewer) when you arrive.Anonymous User wrote:I would expect them to at least tell you in the days leading up to the CB. The San Diego office has actually already done some callbacks for USD students. Anyone have any tips for the callbacks? Do all the office do the dinner thing the night before the interviews? If so, what is that like? Any info will be appreciated.

I have done CB with JD middle of last week, and got an offer today, so it is about a week (or less considering Monday was a holiday).
Can't specify which office b/c very easy to get my identity exposed.
