Today I had what I thought was a good callback. I'm going to email each of the attorneys I met, but wonder what is the proper form of address. We were on a first name basis all day long, and the firm has a reputation for being extremely friendly, informal, etc. So should I call them "Jim" and "Jane" instead of "Mr. Whoever" and "Ms. Whatsit"? Thanks

If you are going to email thank you notes, get them out tomorrow morning (write them tonight).

If you called everyone by their first names all day, they all call each other by their first names, and the firm has been calling you by your first name in email they send you, I'd say use the first name. Otherwise, stick with Mr./Ms. Interviewer.

When writing thank-you emails after callbacks. I've used first names. I don't know for sure whether the recipients found it appropriate or not (I imagine they don't care one way or the other). In any event, it hasn't stopped me from getting offers.
