I've received an interview for a Delaware Supreme Court clerkship, and am looking for some additional perspectives. I know that it's a key position for people interested in corporate law, and I know DE SC clerkships are reputed to be very competitive. If I do manage to land this, how would having this resume item look to federal judges, if I wanted to do a subsequent clerkship, or to law firms outside of the corporate law practice?
Just for info, the stats I'm working with are T20, top 10%, moot court, secondary journal, note published.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
