In-house counsel

Postby Anonymous User » Sat Aug 20, 2011 5:04 pm

Got a gig with inhouse counsel for next summer. Might get an offer bc they really REALLY like me. However, I really want to do litigation. Should I opt-out of it to pursue ambulance chasing or just be happy that at least I got a job?

How much litigation, does a "litigator" actually get to do?
