has anyone had experience scheduling callbacks late in the day? i work full time so was hoping to schedule callbacks post-4 p.m. Do you think this is even possible?

Callbacks run several hours. It is one thing for attorneys to have to be in the office late for their own work. It is a completely different thing for you to expect them to be in the office late (doing unbillable work) to accommodate your schedule.

Some firms have nearly full-day callbacks -- running from 10am until 4:00pm. Others will offer you a morning or afternoon slot.

Plan on taking vacation days.
