shoes for the ladies

Postby Anonymous User » Wed Aug 10, 2011 11:52 am

So I am a 4'11" female getting ready for oci interviews - would it be better to:

A) wear 4 inch heels to make myself appear taller (don't worry they're not going out or party shoes, they're plain but classy black jimmy choos)

B) stick to 2 inch grandma heels (super conservative)

I'm at gulc so interviewing primarily for dc offices

if both look fine with a suit, wear whatever is comfortable. the interview is not based on your height.

agreed. they're not looking at your height, plus you'll be sitting for most of the interview so the added height won't help. if you're comfortable walking in the 4 inch heels, that's fine. otherwise, go with the smaller heels.
