When was your SullCrom interview? Mine was Aug 8, and I still haven't heard anything. I assumed they just rejected by silence.

Dechert DC seemed like a remarkably chill office. I enjoyed my CB there.

That said, for all I know, they didn't like me. They said they had a bunch of CBs to make and, as a result, wouldn't have any decision or answer for a while (a couple few weeks). So I can't give you advice from a successful callback, just from one that I enjoyed.

One week, my callback was last Thursday. They meet on wed so it could be shorter if your callback is early in the week. Good luck!
