By this time last year, I was still finishing CBs and had no offers. By the end of September/early October, I had 4 offers. Hang in there doods!

I had callback interviews from both last week. EBG said they were going to complete their callback interviews on the 26th and decide within the next week or so. PPSV said they'd be deciding in early/mid October.
Good luck!!

Nice! Congrats. That is the first (at least reported) gov't response we've had for our school!
GAO completely cancelled their 2012 summer associate program bc of budgets and didn't make any offers to the 2011 summer associates for the same reason. Feel really bad for those people!

The only thing sadder than striking out at OCI is the follow-up strike out at Equal Justice Works. fml.

139 applications. 79 rejections. 5 interviews. No hope of a(ny) job.

PBGC won't offer fulltime employment. Basically a hiring freeze. Only useful if you struck out and have no other options or if you want to split.

Thanks! Yesterday by phone.
What department if you don't mind saying? OCC, OGC?
Seeing as OGC lost funding, I am guessing OCC.

Good luck!!
FYI: I got an email yesterday from the Powers Pyles Sutter and Verville hiring partner to see if I was still interested. He said the hiring committee is making its decisions today.

Can you post if you get an offer, I had a CB with them and didn't get an email, guessing that's not good news
