IIRC, NorCal takes a lot longer to get back to people than most other locales.

No reason to be upset just yet :)

Isn't DC like the most competitive market?

You probably bid on other markets, correct?

Yes. The post was mostly to reinforce for everyone looking at this a year from now how fickle DC can be. FWIW, I have 7 H's, so it's not like I'm getting grade cutoff'ed at these firms; they're just that competitive.

People heard from Wachtell last week, and an S&C callback was reported earlier this afternoon (see above).

CB from Gibson Dunn (DC), Boies Schiller (DC), and Covington (DC) today. GD and C by phone, BS by email.

Ironically, I was NOT invited to GD's dinner last week. I'd figured there was no way I was getting a cb.
