Does Resume Collect ever result in anything? Forum

Was wondering if its worth taking the time to apply to all the resume collects since many of the firms listed are obviously way out of my league (I meet the criteria they require but they are the type of firms that T6 kids get)?

+1. I also wonder why the likes of Skadden even bother to collect resumes from my T60 school... Is it not a waste of everybody's time?

I go to your school and Skadden took two SAs this past summer. I also know of one offer last year. In addition, I got a CB from a midsize NYC firm last year through the same process. So they do look at those resumes.

Two firms (WAY out of my league) contacted me from collection, CB's at both, and an offer from one of them (cancelled the other CB after).

It's how I got my V100 SA offer, and then full-time offer.

Friend at T50 got a cb from Skadden NY from resume collect

From median at a T14 without plus factors, resume collect got me CB + offer at a V50, 2 CBs at V25s, a screener at a V10, a CB at a market paying regional firm, and four screeners with other regional firms.
