Career Fair v. individual application

Postby Anonymous User » Sun Jul 10, 2011 3:23 pm

Any advice on whether it is better to apply through a career fair to firms, or individually submit an application? Or both? These are firms not coming to my school's OCI.

Also, does anyone have any experience with the IMPACT Career Fair for Law Students/Lawyers with disabilities? Hesitant about it, but decent firms are attending. I have a significant disability but I am able to manage my daily life and I do not normally discuss it and would not mention it to firms.

Would REALLY appreciate any feedback/advice, as the IMPACT stuff is due tonight.
