Firms Hiring 3L's in NYC market

Does anyone have an easier way to figure out which firms in NYC hire 3L's instead of tediously going through the NALP directory?

There isn't an easy way, and the NALP form lie. If you are at a school that puts students into NYC, your OCS counsellors may have some idea of who has been sniffing around that they'd quietly share. Otherwise, cast a wide net.
