Pissed b/c ".01" off. big deal or just OCD?
I have 3.59, just .01 off. that made me pissed.
i am within 10%, but that small difference really bothers me (OCD).
in regards to firms come OCI, will 3.59 look considerably worse than 3.6 (taking into consideration that they are both top 10%)?

You need to find a brown paper bag and just breathe into it for a while.

.01 means nothing unless it's somewhere like Latham who swears they won't go lower then 3.55 and you have a 3.54 (in which case take heart, they will probably underhire and call you back after they ding you to try to fix it).
Srsly, chill out.

This matters to a very small extent when applying to law schools due to the public disclosure of median and 25/75th percentile cut-offs. That puts enormous pressure on schools to maintain certain numbers and creates a substantially numbers driven process.
Law firm hiring doesn't work that way. .
Grades matter a lot, but they don't matter in the same way as they (plus LSAT) did applying to law school. Grades are what will get a firm to take you seriously and consider the rest of your resume, your personality, your desires, your maturity, etc.
This is a really common misconception on this forum.

I'd say it only matters if it knocks you out of a designation, and even then only minimally.
