Did ANYONE get an offer from this shit? Also, did anyone interview with the CTA? I haven't heard from them yet, though that job would be unpaid so...

I am not going to out myself by posting my stats, because I did not see anyone else from my school, but this idea that this fair was "useless" is too far. Yeah, I did not get any bump over OCI (as I have the grade profiles, I clearly met the grade profiles of the three CB firms). But this info suggests that offers were given by these firms -- whether you had the grades or the interview abilities or other factors is a separate matter.

Nobody told you to give your exact school, rank, and social security number. School range and approximate class rank is pretty standard. It's pretty easy to look how other people have disclosed info. Dude, you didn't even say what firms gave the cbs or offers. You're not offering any information at all so you might as well not say anything.

(1) Why is this anonymous?

(2) I was providing employment information on an employment forum. If this makes this more helpful, I will say top 10% at a top 20, but both of those are broad ranges. Again, when you are the only person from a specific (narrower) range of schools, and other people know you went to these fairs, it's not hard to out. I have provided other more specific information in this thread and again, and you could connect the dots.

(3) Furthermore, I was specifically responding to the above quoted question concerning offers. It was not useless for me. That's all I was saying. I will further add that even if you did not get offers, this fair was before a lot of schools did their OCI and so the use could be just to practice interviewing, which is good for everyone.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
