Callback today from the Federal Trade Commission. Came via email; I was convinced it was a rejection for about a minute.

I also got an FTC callback. I read on the Arizona website that they give offers at the conclusion of their summer program. Do you have any idea what percentage of people actually get those offers?

i know someone who got one a couple days after their CB. this was a couple weeks ago, too, so they're definitely rolling them out.

I've got one offer, but am on hold (a couple weeks) at some other firms I wouldn't choose over this one. Do I just contact them to withdraw myself from consideration? If I were declining an actual offer, I'd definitely call; but since they've kept me in limbo awhile, can I get away with a polite e-mail to the recruiting coordinator?

FWIW, I recognize this is a good problem to have. Good luck to everyone out there.

Same position, I used email.

It's efficient, they haven't rendered a decision yet, and it's easy to account for with an email. I'm sure it's fine.

It took me 12 days to hear back and it ended up being good news, I wouldn't start freaking out just yet. With 7 CBs the odds are truly in your favor.

I got a snail mail Davis Polk OCI ding the other day. Wonder why everyone else got emails.

I got dinged via email after the cb. I thought the interview went really well. No idea what the problem is. I also got dinged by another very similar firm. Although I have 5 more firms to hear from, 3 of them have kept me waiting for more than a week. I am seriously worried about striking out now.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
