Search within the thread and you'll find answers. Did you receive one? How and when?

Same. Nothing. This whole rejection thing is getting old and it's still early in the process.

Interviewed with Brooklyn and Palm Beach at EJW. Table talked with Miami and received a Skype interview.

- Received second round interview with Palm Beach.
- Brooklyn's bail simulation was tough-- still waiting to hear back for second round.
- Miami Skype interview consisted of a hypo and asked me to do cross examination/closing-- said I will receive a letter in a few weeks.

Does anybody know how many rounds Palm Beach is doing?

NJ pre-bar offers are out, according to a friend from an NY/NJ area school.

Palm Beach does two rounds--EJW and then in-office panel.

Is this thread merging with the 3L PD application thread? It looks like the last few posts have been identical on both threads.

I received a second round interview from Miami too and they asked if I wanted to do a Skype or in-person interview in February in Chicago at some career fair they are going to. He said it'd be better to do an in-person interview, but I'm wondering if it means I am screwed because it is a little late in the process?

1L here, if prosecution (ideally DA or state attorney office) is my goal after graduation, I 100% should be interning at a DA/state attorney/usao office for 1L summer right?

anything PI is good (i.e. civil legal aid), but yeah, ideally get a prosecution internship.

has it been pretty slow all around or specifically slow on one type of agency (PD or legal aid side)?

As someone who struck out with DA offices, I would highly recommend trying to intern in an office you really want to work in post-grad. I wouldn't necessarily say don't do USAO, but if you have the choice, I would go the DA route for meeting the right contacts.

It might be helpful for others to give you more input, but I would try for DA/State Attorney for both summers.

2L summer:

I got a Maryland offer from EJW a while ago, but today I also got offers from Hennepin and Alaska, both out of EJW. I turned both down b/c I'm already set for the summer, but hopefully those spots go to deserving TLSers!

No, it was a local interview (NY).
