Can Someone Become A Prosecutor With An Arrest Record?

Post by ceereeus420 » Sat Mar 05, 2011 9:02 pm

I would like to be a prosecutor. I am applying to law schools now, and I am looking for schools that offer prosecution clinics. However, I have been arrested twice for possession of marijuana. I was never convicted. I want to know if these arrests could prohibit me from prosecutorial work. Does anyone know?

Thank You.

I'm fairly certain that you can still be a prosecutor with an arrest record. Personally, I'd rather have a prosecutor who might be marijuana friendly
