BigLaw interviews of law students are primarily (1) a freak check and (2) a commitment check. So try to appear normal and give legit reasons why you want to go to that city and firm.

This is encouraging.

It shouldn't be. The firm I'm working at did 80 OCI interviews at my school and wound up making I believe 5-6 offers from 15+ callbacks. That was 2L OCI, and for 1L firm interviews the odds can be worse - a firm interviewing 20 candidates for 0 or 1 slot (i.e. they might not take anyone) isn't unheard of.

Jesus, what could they ask you about for 4 hours?
80% of the time is spent discussing penises.

Mine is 1 inch flaccid and 4 inches hard. Does this hurt my chances of landing a biglaw job?

The previous comment was encouraging. Yours is not.

I've heard numbers thrown around like 400 apps for 10 slots for some 1L spots. I don't know how this translates to callbacks.
