Any "Must-Take" Courses Before 2L SA?

If you have a genuine business background it's probably not as important. But if you happen to be a LAC grad who doesn't know an LBO from an IPO, and doesn't understand what a derivative suit is, it seems like you'd be asking a lot of really embarrassing questions as a SA.

Litigation: Evidence
Corporate: Corporations, Securities Regulation
Restructuring: Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy

You'll be fine without these, but those are the obvious answers.
