Where to look for mass mail?
Can someone share insight into where to look and how to get started? Much appreciated.

Plug in your choice of city, practice area(s), salary, etc. Then browse the results and click on the firms you'd like to see. The firm "profiles" typically include the name of the hiring partner and the contact info of the firm's recruitment manager. Use these in your cover letters.
You can also use Martindale-Hubbell http://www.martindale.com/Find-Lawyers- ... Firms.aspx for smaller or less well-known firms.
