NYC office. any thoughts on comparisons btwn the 2 firms?

I'd go with K&S, they seem better for corporate law and have a brighter future. If you are looking at K&S's NY office you have a chance to really make partner as that office grows, NALP shows a 1 to 1 partner to associate ratio which is awesome.
