For women, what is appropriate attire for a re-visit meeting/dinner at a firm? Is a full suit necessary, or will a skirt/light sweater do?

Pre-offer, wear the same thing you'd wear to an interview, unless they tell you otherwise. Post-offer, call one of your contacts and ask.

Business casual pre- and post- offer. But you can prob be a lil more casual post- obviously.

I think standards vary from market to market. In my market (very Southern, very conservative), the below applies.

In a post-offer situation, why not simply ask the person who invited you to dinner? Some firms have a no-business-casual policy, although I'm not sure it applies to dinner. Better safe than sorry. You already have an offer, but remember the SA program is one big fat interview in itself. You wouldn't want to make a poor impression.

Pre-offer, business professional (skirt suit). Consider removing suit jacket if others are more casually dressed.

Why don't you just ask? They will probably tell you.
