I could be wrong, but I don't think that firm logos are done in Microsoft Word.

Plus, the three ampersands are slightly different (especially the White & Case one). I don't think it's from a stock font.

They're not all the same typeface (at least I don't think so), but I can't place it/them. If you just want the ampersand, I've never seen it in a commercially available typeset, so my guess is that it belongs to a design firm (my guess is one of the big NYC ad houses, given the common thread between the firms).

The ampersand is Engravers Gothic.
