patent litigation government positions

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Sep 07, 2010 1:40 am

So far, I've gathered this list of patent law related government positions:
- PTO solicitor (some NYU law grad presently)
- DOJ Antitrust division (super competitive, so forget this)
- ITC OUII (bunch of people with 3-4 years patent litigation experience)
- ITC OGC (bunch of IP/trade people)
- ITC ALJ (god knows who)
- ITC commissioner (god knows who)
- FTC (?)
- Fed. Cir. judges (political appointees . . . but really, god knows who)
- District Court Judges (E.D. Tx, Del., E.D. Va., N.D. Cal., C.D. Cal., S.D.N.Y.,N.D.Ill.)

Can someone please continue filling this list? (anon bec pursuing private sector gigs)
I am especially interested in the District Court list, if you know a site that lists the most patent-crowded district courts, that would be terrific.
