Hmmm, so this is the first evidence we have of a second wave callback.

I didn't make it onto their original interview schedule at OCI, did a resume drop, had a screening interview last Wednesday, and obtained my CB today. I don't know if it is a second wave CB or not, but I can attest to some firms still reviewing applications, doing screening interviews, and giving CB's.

They weren't listed but came to help b/c lots of people tried to add Sidley interviews: CP and CG.

Anyone heard from Covington & Burling (DC)? My interviewer said the process would take "about a week," and that was on August 27. Anyone know if they've called references?

What does the forum think about OCS's advice to call coordinators regarding where they are in the process? Both in general, and the advice to call, as opposed to email. I would have thought an email would be less obtrusive.

Haven't heard anything from Covington DC yet; not sure if references have been contacted.
