That's what I'm telling myself to feel better. Don't know of any Boston firm that didn't at least slightly compress its class size.Anonymous User wrote:Ditto. CB - 2 days later, ding. I think Boston firms are all having unusually small classes this summer. Its rough man. Really rough.Anonymous User wrote:It was Bingham. The post CB rejections definitely song more than the post screener rejections!

Probably not going to hear firms named for some time. No firms like people that discuss them on chatblogs and small classes makes it easy to figure out who is who.Anonymous User wrote:Can this poster mention which firm yet? I know several people who interviewed at BLG, but no one who ended up getting an offer. Can anyone name a firm or firms that they've received an offer from?

Re: Boston Lawyers Group Job Fair
i m not sure why but i got 7 rejection letters from 7 firms i interviewed with at BLG. On the other hand, I got 15 callbacks from firms in other cities from our school OCI (T14). I dont know if it's just Boston doesn't have a thing for me, or firms coming to this Fair are just only interested in certain schools, say BU and BC.

I do not go to BU or BC. I am at a T20 from a completely different region. I had very low expectations for BLG. People told me that employers don't take these minority job fairs seriously. My experience was the opposite.
10 interviews.
8 call backs.
Attended 3 of the call backs.
2 offers from V20 firms through BLG.
Cancelled all other BLG call backs.

fourth. Does anyone else think that it's a bit short between when we find out interview schedules and the fair date?

Re: Boston Lawyers Group Job Fair
Definitely.. but I think they have to make it so early because some of the Boston schools have their OCI really early. They might have trouble getting people out to the fair with recruiters and interviewees both prepping for OCIs.Anonymous User wrote:fourth.
