Speak any foreign languages? I am jealous of your MC popularity.Anonymous User wrote:Yesdresden doll wrote:Callbacks, I assume?Anonymous User wrote:A&O and Clifford Chance NY
I have 5. I'm around the median. I know some people with 12 and others with 0. Hard to tell why some people are cleaning up while others strike out. I think that everyone will have a better idea of where they stand by Friday.Anonymous User wrote:1. can also confirm A&O - and that resume drops work! Dropped of my resume, spoke with an associate at the hospitality suite, was given an extra interview at 5:30, and received a callback today. This is the second interview I got through resume drops/hospitality suite schmoozing.
2. what's the average number of callbacks that people have, or hear others have, at this point? I get the feeling that the number of callbacks has been quite low...hopefully tomorrow and friday will be the big day.
12?! That's insane have that many places even made callbacks?Anonymous User wrote:I have 5. I'm around the median. I know some people with 12 and others with 0. Clearly, your grades are pretty awesome. Kudos to you.Anonymous User wrote:Nope no languagesdresden doll wrote:Speak any foreign languages? I am jealous of your MC popularity.Anonymous User wrote: Yes
Yeah, it's nuts. Granted, the person I know with 12 has amazing grades. I think if your credentials are stellar, the top firms are aggressively competing for you -- even ITE.Anonymous User wrote:

I have 6 but no idea how it compares really.
1) Large NYC firms move fastest to callbacks, in my experience. Every V10/PW/Deb callback I received or heard of came within 48 hours. Boies Schiller was the only big NYC shop that dragged its feet. NYU has an overwhelming focus on large NYC firms.dresden doll wrote:Wait, EIW started this Monday, right? I'm shocked that so many firms are already calling people back.
Is it really that shocking? 24-48 hours, while not ironoclad, seems to be the general rule when it comes to callbacks.dresden doll wrote:Wait, EIW started this Monday, right? I'm shocked that so many firms are already calling people back.
I've also received two full callbacks through resume drops / hospitality suites.Anonymous User wrote:This is the second interview I got through resume drops/hospitality suite schmoozing.
