Just curious, when are you having your Milbank c/b? I know someone who scheduled theirs for after labor day. Wondering if that's bad.

Thought I'd bump this in anticipation of people starting to receive offers next week.

Have many people already had callbacks?

I scheduled all of mine beginning this Tuesday and continuing into the following week. I needed a few days off after EIP to research and refresh, but I know that many people emphasize scheduling CBs early to increase chances of an offer.

I bet most people have had 1 callback already, but I doubt you'll be at any real disadvantage by starting this week.

I've had 2 callbacks so far.

I've had 2 callbacks so far. The most recent one said they'd be in touch in like a week or so. Forget what the other one said.

What are other people hearing in terms of time tables? Have any other firms started to extend offers aside from S&C?

One firm said within a week, and the other said that I wouldn't hear until after labor day; it really just depends on the firm.

Does anyone know what time of day offer calls usually go out? I'd guess during the afternoon but I really have no idea.

I think it might be awhile. I've had two CB's so far and they both said it normally takes a week or so, but not to be worried if I don't hear from them for awhile because "it's so early in the process".

I had my first last Friday and was told it would be at least 2 weeks for a decision.

Congrats! Care to share the firm, or the firm range. Is it S&C or CSM?

For everyone that had their first callback on Wednesday and was told to expect to hear within one week, does that mean that we should hear by today?

STB told me at least a week, so previous poster might be a flame. Can anyone confirm Simpson offer?

I also interviewed last week and they said it would take two weeks at the most, but probably a week (from what I remember).

At the Callback Panel the hiring partner for STB said that the committee will not review your file until all of your interviewers have completed the evaluation; so one busy person can hold things up a bit; also the committee only meets once (maybe twice?) a week.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
