Dinged by Jones Day DC this morning via email. And then there were 10... (and probably all rejections).
I'm still holding out hope for a couple where I haven't heard of any callbacks yet. Anyone hear anything from Paul Hastings, Fried Frank or Pillsbury Winthrop DC?

Re: Penn OCI
Wow, seems like Penn OCI isn't going well at all - so few CB's/offers. Does this seem to be an improvement over last year? Is the career office of any use? What do people without offers plan to do?

Re: CSO -- they made it sound like I was the only one having trouble (only two callbacks) when I went in there.

My friend at UVA won't shut up about how his OCI went. I don't know if it's just us or if it's the MVP tier, but I'm definitely disappointed with how it's gone this year.

I think it's every law school. I read other schools' OCI threads from time to time (like now) and even some people at Yale are struggling.Action Jackson wrote:My friend at UVA won't shut up about how his OCI went. Has anyone heard anything from the Symplicity resume collections yet? I'm giving up hope on OCI and have to cling to something.

NY people: If you didn't hear about a callback yet, you didn't get it. (I'm sure there are small number of exceptions but I wouldn't count on it). I say this not to be disconsolate, but rather so if you are in this position you start working some other angles.
