3 CBs in NYC. Heard from all of them the second day after the interview (eg: Tue -> Thurs) in late afternoon.dresden doll wrote:I would really, really, really appreciate it if people with NYC CBs could briefly assess how long it took to hear back from their firms. Practically no one at my school has heard anything from anyone yet, and our first week of OCI is almost over.
I don't think CLS/NYU are useful reference points since NYC recruiting depts didn't need to fly out to interview there. Since I imagine that distance slows down the turn around and NU is about as far away from NYC as Chi is, I hope that perhaps your turnaround will be more indicative of what we can expect.
Anyone? Bueller?
Gotcha. Thanks so much, and good luck with your CBs.Anonymous User wrote:3 CBs in NYC. NY offices of the big firms seemed to make callbacks within a few days.dresden doll wrote:I would really, really, really appreciate it if people with NYC CBs could briefly assess how long it took to hear back from their firms. I'm just very surprised that the vast majority of us has heard absolutely nothing. I've received 1 CB and I'm majorly in the minority it seems. And God knows I didn't do half as well as people still waiting to hear a single peep from these firms.Anonymous User wrote:NY offices of the big firms seemed to make callbacks within a few days.dresden doll wrote:I would really, really, really appreciate it if people with NYC CBs could briefly assess how long it took to hear back from their firms. Same. I think it might not have updated yet because it doesn't say I'm on the waitlist for the firms I bid on.Anonymous User wrote: Did anyone get September interviews? Maybe the email was sent out in error.

Most people I know have 0-2. It's kind of ridiculous.Anonymous User wrote:So what seems to be the norm on the average # of callbacks? I have received 15. I only discuss callbacks with a very small circle of friends. Of the ppl that I havespoken with, they seem to only have one or they have ten or more.
I have 3, but all three were reaches for me, so I am not sure how much good it will do me. I've go no love so far from my supposed targets and safeties.Anonymous User wrote:Most people I know have 0-2.
