Can someone please provide examples of questions to ask employers? Also, how detailed should they be?

"So what can I tell you about me? What interests you in students from X School? What was your favorite CLE class so far? Ok, do you have anymore questions?"

But seriously, every firm has something interesting about each of their practices on the website, you can't go wrong just digging a little bit deeper on the ones you are interested in.

Are you interested in hiring a person that is either too lazy to think of questions to ask or lacks creativity?

Ask them about their career path if you know they worked for other firms, companies, etc. prior to this position. Most people love to talk about themselves.
