I know someone with mostly B's who's sitting on two CB's - it really helps to broaden one's horizon beyond NY and CA.

I am this type of person grade-wise, and I have 3 CBs. All NYC, fwiw.
awesome. congratulations. could you be more specific in terms of grades? are they B+s with one or two As or mostly Bs and some B-s? also, which tier firms?

How many can you count? I can think of two of my friends, off hand. Maybe we have the same friends!
5, including myself.

I didn't think southern markets had given CBs yet. Can you say what firms? Or be more specific on location?

No As, no B-s. One more B than B+s (so, pretty even distribution between my Bs and B+s). Vault 60 - 100 for the rankings of the firms. They all pay market. I have ~25% CB rate based on total # of interviews, fwiw.
Wow. I am more or less the same, except no callbacks yet. You must be a rockstar with interviews. Any pointers?

What types of questions did they ask? Did you prepare answers or just wing it?

Just my 2 cents, but aside from the big 3 (W, S&C, Crav), I don't think firms are nearly as grade oriented as people make them out to be.

How many call backs is average at this point? 3? 4? 5+?

Trying to see if I'm doing well or need to switch it up a little.

Have any of the Aug 11, 12 firms not done callbacks yet?

More specifically, can anyone confirm Baker Hostetler, Cooley, Fried Frank, and Jones Day?
