Anti Nepotism Policy

Post by corporatelaw87 » Tue Aug 03, 2010 2:10 pm

I was just wondering to most big firms have an anti nepotism policy? Nobody in my direct family is a lawyer, just curious. I would think if they don't, most partners kids/grandchildren if they choose to be lawyers could have an easy in.

So you're saying there is no anti nepotism policy at most big firms?

I know Mayer Brown - Chicago has an anti-nepotism policy, at least for X office - and it extends beyond direct family to uncles, etc.
