Might be helpful to go beyond the number to say how many of your top 10 bids/top 20 bids you got as well since the blind bidding is as much about strategy in getting what you want as it is raw numbers of interviews.

I got 18... looks like most of my top 10. I'll post specifics later.

I got #1-10, 12, 13, 19, 20, 31, 36, 37, 45.

Pretty happy with the ones I got.

14. I was almost 100% Chicago market. (11 in Chicago, 3 in other markets.)

Bid baker and mckenzie 6th and didn't get it. I guess that was a hot item. It seems anything that last year had a median call back of 3.4-3.6 was in huge demand. I did get Wildman, despite bidding on it 25--I guess people are still pissed about all of the offer rescinding.

The one that really surprised me was Sidley. 80 spots and I didn't get it bidding it 8th? There aren't 80 people at NU who even have a remote shot at Sidley ITE.

Bid 45, Got 16. Must have gotten my bid picked early in the process because I got 1-11 of my bids and then 5 more before I hit 25 on my list. Pretty excited to start this off!

i bid W&C low, didn't get them. got a lot of my other DC bids, though. All in all I got 18 of my top 24 bids. DC was 8-11 & 20-23. The rest were chicago and a secondary. Got all the premiere chicago firms except latham and mayer, which were relatively low and unsurprising. the more "secondary" firms were definitely a hot commodity.

17 interviews. all firms, 4 secondary, others ny/chi. Lowest bid was 39. So last year was 12-15 per student, meaning this year is a bit better in that regard?

I didn't bid many firms high that were multiple markets with just 20 slots scheduled - that was probably a factor in getting a good number of my picks.
