Clerkship After One Year of BIGLAW

Postby Anonymous User » Sun Jun 20, 2010 12:26 am

Thinking about doing a year at BIGLAW and then hitting up a clerkship.

1) Chances I'd be able to return to the firm?
2) Chances generally? MVP Top 20%, EIC of secondary journal (whoopie!), NYC BIGLAW

Can u be more exact as to which clerkship you are seeking?

Also, to be honest with you, is it really worth it in the end for you to go for the clerkship and losing your biglaw gig?

Think worst case scenario, if you dont get offered to come back, and no similar firm offers, have you thought your other options through?
