Rising 2L - 3.65 GPA with a 3.23 median...three questions.

1) Where would this be in terms of class rank (3.65 gpa with a 3.23 class median)?
2) 3.70 was the T-10 cut off from first semester, does this generally stay the same, drop, or increase after the second semester?
3) What percentage of biglaw "requires" a T10 class rank for OCI at a school ranked 30-40?

2) Well maybe not then. Generally those numbers are fairly static, so it's possible that you would still be just outside of the top 10%
3) Almost all big firms, these days. I'd be quite surprised if T30-T40 schools placed more than 10-15% total into 'big law' (broadly defined), though certainly it won't be just the top 10-15% of the class. If there are exceptions, it'll be schools like Fordham that feed into major markets, but the jury is still out on the precise effect of the downturn across schools.
That said (and this is coming from a 0L, so take it with a grain of very tasty salt), Your GPA should generally get you in the door for interviews, if you're just outside top 10%.

I don't think anything outside the top 10% at a T30-40 is going to get you into many interviews with major market BigLaw. Fordham is the exception.
