How much finance knowledge do you need for Securities Law?

The answer is probably "none," but how much does finance knowledge help?

What makes Cornell a decent choice for studying securities law?

?

every school should prepare you just as well for securities law. they even use the same textbooks and shit. and higher ranked schools don't have better teachers necessarily, just better researchers for sure.

if specialty rankings ever matter, it would be for some weird niche, like birdlaw. not for securities, which everyone does, or international law, which doesn't exist.
