Should i send a second LOCI at all?

Should I send a second LOCI after grades come out?--end of may--or is that too late?

Why not wait till the grades come out? Even then, a full-fledged LOCI may only be proper if there's any significant changes you need to address. I don't know. Just what I think. Good luck.
