I found out through the hesc website and then got an e-mail from them a few days later.

I read it this morning. Wow, man. Suing a 6-year-old for pulling a chair out from under an old lady. I'm interested to know more about how that works, though, because I thought you'd have to sue the parents instead?

by Scott Turow and I literally just got to the part where he talks about that case. Apparently, one of the main questions to ask yourself is whether the child had the necessary intent to harm the old woman.
