Welcome aboard nits. I'm in Bloomington for summer start (starting Monday) and just got moved in.

Very exciting stuff. Have you lived in b-town before? I went to undergrad at IU. It's such a great place.

I just got off the waitlist last week. I was asked if I wanted to do summer start but I can't possibly get things together that quickly. Besides, I told my work I wasn't leaving til the end of July.

Not only have I never lived in B-town before, I've never lived outside of the Pacific Time Zone before. So, quite a departure for me. Loving the town so far.

I'm sure you'll be busy with class, but definitely enjoy Bloomington in the summer. I always liked the summers the best, because it's so much less crowded and the weather is perfect.

So I just got in today, Im heavily leaning towards IU just waiting on the Scholarship info

In at Bloomington with 15k/year off waitlist and I'm definitely going. I was shocked when I got the email and the handwritten note in the acceptance packet was nice too. Time to hurry up and find an apartment and such.

though i'm not going, i just wanted to post and let anyone interested know that i was offered a spot off of the waitlist today with $20k/year. i turned it down, so there's definitely a spot out there for someone! enjoy bloomington, it's a great place.
