Is anybody really sad that when you say "I'm going to Penn Law" to people, they sometimes go, "Penn State?"

This happened to me the other day and I was like "so that's what you think of me. great."

Is saying "UPenn" a better and clearer way of doing it?

Submitted my Deposit! Got the Email about Orientation starting on Sept 2nd at the National Constitution Center w/ a cocktail party.

Does anyone know if those admitted before March 1 were supposed to submit a deposit on April 1?

It says that on their website but on an admitted student email I received in January, it said the $500 deposit was due May 1.

I am starting to freak out, since I am still seriously considering attending...

I was talking to someone at ASW who I believe attended for undergrad who said she got this so much she just stopped correcting people... Then one time she ran into someone who knew everything about State College and was exposed

My Grandfather went to Wharton and I still remember when I went to visit Penn for the first time and referred to it as UPenn he cringed and told me very precisely that "it is not U Penn, it's Penn."

question... when your status checkers changed to decision rendered did anything else come up other than that? I'm asking because mine just changed and this is my top choice. I know some status checkers tell you right there if you got denied.
