Frank, I think you win at housing. Your bedroom is bigger than the "living space" in my studio.

same here, except $1194/month with one 3L and one unknown dude.

I thought I'd requested something $200 cheaper, but whatever.

edit: I hope that paying a little more directly translates into room size.

edit again: 200 sq. feet. Nice.

Did everyone else get the ghetto confirmation of enrollment email, or are they just sending it to me because I come off as a huge sketchball?

I got Lenfest, single apartment, 320 sq. ft in all, for a lot of $. It includes furniture, which is good, because I don't think I can bring my bed with me on the train.

Is it just me, or is anyone else unable to check any boxes on the Enrollment Confirmation e-mail?

Fun Fact: I was bored at work and browsing through AdmitNet, I found someone in our class who appears to already have an MD and MBA.

I just put an x where it said "I am enrolling at Columbia in August" or whatever and filled in my full name at the bottom.

Just got my assignment!

400 block of 115th (b/w Amsterdam & Morningside). 3 bedroom apartment share. 1 roommate is a 3L, and I'm not sure what year the other roommate is. It looks like my bedroom has a courtyard window, which sounds perfect as long as it fits an AC unit.

Not the Bronx = good with me.

Wow, the W. 115th apartments sound great.

So what dates are people planning to move in? I'm trying to decide which day in the Aug. 10-14 week to pick.

Wouldn't have worked out anyway, as one of us wouldn't have gotten the big bedroom. Oh well. One flight of stairs isn't far.

for future reference, that'll leave you in the living room.

And after further consideration, I'm thinking my roomie is an LLM, not a 3L.

I decided to turn down my assignment and now I'm having massive second thoughts. I'm flipping out about ten times worse than I did after the LSAT or after I submitted applications. Man, this is a rough process.

Why'd you turn down the place? What were the details?

Sorry, maybe I missed the answer to this, but how did you guys get floorplans? Was it linked in the e-mail?

Are all apartments suppose to have it, or just some of them? I got my assignment a while ago (600 W. 114th) with roommate info, but nothing about the room I'm in.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
