Does someone know the answer to this question? I'm wondering the same thing.
I just called. There's a $500 cancellation fee, which means I won't be choosing a room today.

Are you serious? Wow, I wish I would have known this before I signed up... Oh well. BTW, if anyone else is in Dane, PM me; I'd love to talk to some of my (crossed fingers) future dorm mates!

What size room did you get? I was leaning towards those buildings, but decided on North.

Ha, I'm actually in Gropius so I have a teeny-tiny (albeit somewhat cheap) room. THe comment was more intended to say people who have the room should have awesome parties and invite me. ;)

Wait what? Seriously? Is that a joke? I could have sworn I read that you could sign up for a dorm, but if you find another place to live you can back out.

Students are officially responsible for the room they select or are assigned upon receiving an email confirmation from the Dean of Students Office.
I haven't received my confirmation email. I'm sending an email right now to try and cancel. I'll let y'all know how it goes.

So you're pulling out already, Objection? You have an apartment lined up or just going to take your chances?

This may sound kind of weird, but I'd be up for a TLS meet-up/party when we all get there in August. Who's with me?

I was thinking of this but was scared to suggest it. I already know Cleareyes and probably a couple others from the April ASW. I really want to meet iago, Objection, treple, conn09, and other friends I've made here.

I'd like to do the meet-up as well. It would be really fun to get a chance to meet people and see some spots prior to classes starting.

Figured I'd do a repost since the article was about Harvard...

I'd be all for it. I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking it. I kind of wanted to start facebooking people.

I'm down for a TLS meetup, but to be fair, I've already met a lot of the TLSers. Hell, I'm living with Treple next year (and possibly iago).

BTW, too bad this (LinkRemoved) is a 15 minute walk from the law school.
Master Bedroom – 35’ X 20 ‘ - Balcony, Walk-in closets, Skylight, Large Windows, His/Hers Walk-in Closets. The entire floor is a the master suite with Skylights, hardwood, whirlpool tub, granite countertop.

That place looks AMAZING! The cook in me is lusting over that kitchen.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
