BE NICE AND HONEST TO LAW SCHOOL ADMINISTARTORS.
PLEASE DON'T START PLAYING GAMES WITH LAW SCHOOL PEOPLE ( PROFESSORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND YOUR FELLOW LAW STUDENTS). IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
START ACTING LIKE A TRUE UVA LAWYER/PROFESSIONAL. NEVER TRY TO PLAY THE LOW CLASS, CHEAP,....... GAMES IN YOUR FUTURE LEGAL CAREER. WE NEED MORE SELF RESPECT AND SELF DIGNITY TO THE WHOLE CLASEE 2012.

Dean Trujillo, is that you???
Just kidding, of course. I agree that it's a good idea to be honest to the administration. Simply asking to be considered for more merit aid is probably the best move, if you haven't done that already.
The caps were unnecessary.

yeah who the hell is that rabbit guy, it was just a question, there is no need to be disrespectful, there is nothing wrong with trying to see how the adminstration works in regards to seat deposits and giving out merit aid, there is nothing wrong with that, there is never anything wrong with keeping your options open and using every opportunity available to you to excersize them.
p.s. a good lawyer rabbit always keeps his options open and uses/manipulates every single opportunity given to him to maximize his chances of success, so dont ever talk to me about dignity, you sir have none.

I can't tell if they are real or if it is a really big flame. Pretty much all of their posts are entirely ridiculous.omg wrote:Yea, definitely weird, although from the post history he or she seems like a legit UVA admit...JSUVA2012 wrote:Check out Rabbit's random post history. Anyone know if there is a date stipulation on the laptop loan? i.e. can we buy a computer now and get a loan based on that purchase?

If I already have Office and stuff for Mac is there any benefit to getting the bundle other than the loaner program? I don't think I'd really use that, I plan on keeping my current MacBook as backup, so I'd rather buy from Apple in August when they give away free ipods or whatever with it.

Free ipods? Really, I thought that there would be some major incentive to purchase the bundles via the school... like much better price, software, loaners, techi service.

This was last year so my memory might be off but I thought you could either buy the bundle from the school for $300 less than it would cost from Apple or buy from Apple and get a $300 IPod free so it made no difference.geoffree wrote:Free ipods? Dayum, 300$ is a lot for an ipod. I think I'd go with the discount.

Do you remember when the bundles came out? Does that count the Apple educational discount that's like 10% or something too?gladiator wrote:This was last year so my memory might be off but I thought you could either buy the bundle from the school for $300 less than it would cost from Apple or buy from Apple and get a $300 IPod free so it made no difference.geoffree wrote:Free ipods?
