I need some advice...

I graduated as a Industrial Engineer in 2005. In 2006 I finished my Master in IE. My UGPA was 3.3. I attended The University of Texas at Arlington. I am going to go to Law School to become a IP and Pattent attorney. I will be taking the LSAT in about a month. I am also hispanic. My questions:

1. What is the best IP and Pattent Law School?
2. With my UGPA, and assuming I do well on the LSAT, do I have good chances of getting into SMU, or a top school?
3. Does being a minority give me an advantage to get into a better Law School?
4. Would it be worth for me to take a course such as Kaplan to study for the LSAT and postpone my test date?

Thank you! Any advice is much appreciated.

1.) http://www.patentlyo.com/patent/2009/05 ... grams.html
2.) Depends on what you mean by "well," but yeah, high 160's might get you some looks at decent schools, and a 160 should get you into SMU.
3.) Yes.
4.) Maybe, but it's a lot of money. Buy some books to find out how you're scoring after a couple tests before deciding.
