I would really love to know, if anybody in this thread is a UK applicant, what the scale is that they use for UK grades. Thanks!

Re: JD-CAS, Foreign Credential Evaluation, "Superior"

I just want to say that I know for a fact that the UK students who get "First Class Honors" get a "Superior", while those who get "Upper Second" receive "Above Average". It didn't matter which UK college they graduated from. I've heard somewhere else on TLS that they combine both institution quality and applicant's own performance, somehow, but not sure how it's done.

Shasha, I don't think you can just convert it into a 4.0 GPA. Unfortunately your cycle is going to be much more unpredictable due to not having a "clear" GPA. On LSN you can search for international applicants.
