Middle Initial - does it have to be on LSAC?

I'm freaking out because I just printed my transcript request. First and last name are there. I guess I never put my middle name or initial.

Does this constitute a problem in any way?

The transcript form says "other names that might appear on school records". I'm not sure if I'm meant to fill this in with pen, or if LSAC is meant to already have this in the database.

Please tell me I don't have to go through a huge name change process.... :x

Do you have a common name, like Smith or Johnson? If not, I wouldn't worry about it...

You have to give your registrar's office a/the personalized LSAC form with a barcode that links to you LSAC account anyways, so I wouldn't worry about it.

My main concern is this blank "Other names...". It's not clear to me whether I've missed something online (hence it's blank) or I can just write my full name in, complete with middle.

I'm angry because LSAC seems to spring this stuff on me without warning and a lot seems vague. I wish there were no strange little surprises.
